Core IT services that stay out of the way
Infrastructure is doing its job when nobody talks about it. We design, run, and document the networks, servers, and endpoints an organisation depends on every hour of the day.
What we deliver
Segmentation, wireless coverage, VPN access, and firewall policy documented as a diagram rather than folklore.
Provisioning, patching, capacity planning, and a restore procedure that has actually been tested.
Standard builds, disk encryption, software distribution, and a clean process for joiners and leavers.
A single place for people to ask for help, with response windows agreed in writing.
Least-privilege accounts, group policy, and periodic reviews of who can reach what.
Runbooks, asset inventories, and the write-up your next auditor will ask for.
How we approach it
Most infrastructure problems are not technical surprises — they are undocumented decisions made years ago by people who have since moved on. Our first move on any environment is to write down what exists: hardware, links, dependencies, credentials, and the workarounds nobody admits to.
From that map we agree on a small number of changes with the highest effect: usually monitoring, backup verification, and access hygiene. Larger redesigns come later, once the environment is predictable enough to change safely.
Everything we operate ends up in a runbook written for whoever is on call at three in the morning — including someone who has never seen the system before.
Support tiers
Business-hours response, monthly health report, patching window agreed in advance.
Extended hours, proactive monitoring, quarterly review, and capacity planning.
Round-the-clock monitoring, defined escalation ladder, and rehearsed recovery drills.
Frequently asked
+Do you work alongside an in-house IT team?
Often. We take the layers a small team cannot cover round the clock and leave the rest with the people who know the business best.
+Can you support hardware we already bought?
Yes. We are not tied to a vendor and will keep working equipment in service as long as it is supportable.
+What if we need to move to the cloud later?
The documentation produced during operations is exactly what a migration needs. Cloud and DevOps work is a separate service line we run in-house.
