Work

A snapshot of what we ship

Three projects that show the range: a platform carrying daily operations, an original game built on our own tooling, and an infrastructure environment brought back under control.

Meridian Ops Platform

An operations dashboard replacing a decade of spreadsheets for a logistics network.

Dispatchers were reconciling three systems by hand every morning. We modelled the domain once, exposed it through a single API, and rebuilt the daily workflow around live data. Planning that used to take two hours now happens before the first coffee.

  • Unified data model
  • Role-based access
  • Live scheduling view

Nebula Forge

A strategy title built on our own engine tooling, from prototype to shippable build.

The project began as a two-week prototype to test one mechanic. It survived playtesting, so we grew the toolchain around it: an editor for designers, deterministic simulation for replays, and a patch pipeline that ships a build without a full rebuild.

  • In-house editor
  • Deterministic simulation
  • Incremental patching

Orbital Datacenter

Managed infrastructure for a client who wanted to stop thinking about infrastructure.

We inherited an environment with undocumented dependencies and no tested restore path. Six weeks later there was a network diagram, monitored hardware, rehearsed recovery, and an on-call rotation with an escalation ladder that people actually follow.

  • Documented topology
  • Tested recovery
  • 24/7 monitoring

Common questions about our projects

+Can you share references?

Where clients allow it, yes. Some engagements are covered by confidentiality, in which case we walk through the architecture and decisions without naming the organisation.

+Do you only build from scratch?

No. A large share of our work is rescuing, documenting, and extending systems that already exist.

Have a project in mind?

Tell us what you are building or what keeps breaking. We reply with an honest read on scope, sequencing, and whether we are the right team for it.
