Software built around the work, not the demo
We design and ship web platforms, internal tools, and the integrations between them — starting from the workflow people repeat every day rather than from a feature list.
What we build
Dashboards and back offices that replace spreadsheets and shared inboxes with one source of truth.
Fast, accessible web applications with sensible states for slow networks and awkward data.
Typed, versioned interfaces between systems that were never designed to talk to each other.
Modelling, pipelines, and reports that answer questions instead of producing charts.
Incremental replacement of legacy systems while the old one keeps running.
Scheduled jobs, webhooks, and internal services that remove repetitive manual steps.
How we work
Discovery comes first: we watch the current process, note where people compensate for the software, and turn that into a scope with an explicit list of what we will not build. A short, honest scope beats a long, optimistic one.
Delivery runs in short cycles, each ending in something reviewable in a browser. Code review, automated tests on the paths that matter, and a deployment pipeline exist from the first week rather than being added before launch.
When the system goes live it comes with monitoring, error reporting, and documentation written for the next engineer — often someone on your side, not ours.
Engineering practices
Shared types between client and server so a rename cannot silently break a screen.
Coverage focused on money, permissions, and data integrity rather than a percentage target.
Every cycle ends with a deployable build you can click through.
Structured logs, error reporting, and metrics from day one.
Frequently asked
+Can you join an existing codebase?
Yes. We begin with a read-through and a written assessment of structure, dependencies, and risk before touching anything.
+Do you design as well as build?
We handle interface design for the systems we deliver and work happily alongside an external designer when one already exists.
+What happens after launch?
A warranty window is included, after which support continues on a retainer or ends with a documented handover — your choice.

Tell us what you are building or what keeps breaking. We reply with an honest read on scope, sequencing, and whether we are the right team for it.
